You pay a fixed monthly price based on order volume: €59 for up to 80 orders, €99 for up to 200 orders, €149 above that – always with the full feature set. You don't choose a tier: everyone starts on Starter and moves up automatically as order volume grows. On top there is a one-time €349 setup fee at the start – never again. No commission is charged on the orders themselves. All prices are net plus statutory VAT. This offer is aimed exclusively at business customers.
Yes. Famedo earns from the fixed monthly price, not from your orders. Only the usual payment provider fees (e.g. PayPal or credit card) apply – as with any online payment, regardless of the system.
Usually within a few days: you send us your menu, we fully set up the ordering page and receipt printer, you test everything at your own pace – and then you go live.
Yes. Many restaurants start in parallel and gradually move their regulars to their own commission-free ordering page – for example via a note on the receipt, a flyer in the delivery bag or the link in their Google profile.
No. We handle the entire setup. In daily use, orders come out automatically at the receipt printer – no app stress and no tech skills needed.
Yes. Hosting runs on servers in Germany, there is a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR and a complete order journal – every order individually, exportable for your bookkeeping.
You. You see who orders from you and can contact your regulars directly. Famedo does not pass the data on to third parties for its own advertising purposes.
The minimum term is 12 months. After that, the contract continues flexibly and can be cancelled at any time with one month's notice to the end of the month.
